Working in the Redwoods is based in Barcelona, Spain. We ship internationally throughout the world. Shipping and handling charges are based on the items purchased and delivery region.

Delivery time

For all orders, please allow 4-6 business days for your items to ship. International orders may take up 10 business days depending on the region.
For orders that are out of stock, please allow 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling. We don’t make any profit on shipping, the price listed is either the actual cost or even slightly discounted.

Free shipping cost

FREE shipping costs with order from 80€, Only valid for Peninsular Spain (Except Canary Islands and Balearic Islands).

Import duties

Customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country for international orders.  Working in the Redwoods is not able to predict or identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
Working in the Redwoods offers priority shipping service for rush orders. If you are interested, please contact for a specific quote.

Return policy

Working in the Redwoods will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 5 days of you receiving your items. We are glad to offer you a credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip and in its original packaging.

If an item should arrive damaged, please send a photo within 3 days. A replacement or refund will be granted.

All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
