SHIPPING / RETURNS

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Applepay.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Please be sure your delivery address is secure.

Working in the Redwoods is not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the customer’s requested address.

Working in the Redwoods typically processes online orders within 1 - 4 business days, given all items are in stock.

Orders are shipped via Mail Boxes Etc.. 

Expedited orders received after 1pm PST will ship the following business day. 

Expedited orders received before 1pm will be shipped same day. 

Overnight orders placed before 1pm Friday will not be delivered until the following Twesday

Made to order lead times are estimates, and may vary due to material shortages and unexpected manufacturing delays.

DAMAGE

If your order is damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and notify us at workingintheredwoods@gmail.com right away. 

Any damage to a received shipment must be reported immediately upon receipt.

No damage claims will be accepted after 7 days past delivery.

All insurance claims are processed through the freight company and are not the responsibility of Working in the Redwoods.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an eligible item for store credit, please workingintheredwoods@gmail.com and we will send you return instructions. Please do not mail any returns without first contacting us.

Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

All rushed, customized or otherwise modified order fees are final sale.

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We highly recommend shipping your return with full insurance as well as tracking information. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Working in the Redwoods does not supply return shipping labels or cover return costs.

Working in the Redwoods is not responsible in the event that a customer return is lost or damaged in transit.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Working in the Redwoods ships orders internationally.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ORDERS TO THE USA 🇺🇸

Due to new U.S. customs regulations, all international shipments to the United States may now be subject to duties, taxes, and additional fees upon arrival.

Please note that:

  • As the buyer and Importer of Record, you are responsible for paying any customs-related costs (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.).

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Carriers such as UPS or FedEx will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.

  • Our store is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

We recommend checking potential customs charges with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) before placing your order.

-a list of the items you’d liked to purchase.

-your exact shipping address.

-your telephone number.

Please be aware that all international orders are shipped via Mail Boxes Etc. and typically spend 6 - 12 business days in transit.

All international orders are final sale. Returns are not accepted on international orders.

Working in the Redwoods is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATs or any other customs fees should your package be processed by customs. 

Be aware that if customs processes your shipment, you may experience delays. If packages are refused due to unexpected customs charges, you will be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping costs, as well as the customs refusal fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Thank you for your understanding.

 

We strive to keep our website’s inventory updated at all times, however item availability is not guaranteed. In the unlikely scenario that an item is sold out, you will be notified via email.
